The purpose of producing doubled yarns is to improve yarn uniformity, abrasion resistance, tenacity and flexural endurance. This is also an essential process for the production of balanced yarn. In this technique two or more yarns are twisted together to form a single yarn. This operation is also known as folding, twisting, or plying. Taking into consideration the required properties of yarn usages, we design and develop yarns for various applications. Similarly for Lurex yarns, it’s a covering process and depending on type of application usage (Weaving / Knitting or Embroidery) we design its construction process.
Primary Stage Twisting (2 yarns Winded together).
Doubling Twisting ( Final Twisting for making the yarn usable).
Loading Yarn and Jari bobbins on twisting machine.
Final Twisting and Coning.
Ready for use Jari.
